Recommended Tools for Mobility, Pain Relief & Recovery
These are the same tools I recommend to clients at Bodywork Remedies to support mobility, reduce tension, and maintain results between fascia therapy sessions. Each product has been selected based on effectiveness, ease of use, and how well it complements the work we do together.

Foot and Sensory Training
These tools are designed to stimulate the nervous system through the feet, helping improve balance, stability, and overall movement awareness.
*All of the Naboso product are really great so I would recommend checking out their website, but below are the main three I use and sell in the clinic.
Kinesis Board - Recommended if you need to build dynamic stability and ankle strength. I really like this board over other balance boards due to the texture that Naboso created to stimulate mechanoreceptors in the foot. Stimulating these receptors will help your connection with the ground and increase proprioception to improve balance, which can support better movement throughout the body, especially in areas like the hips.
Neuro Ball - This ball is amazing for daily recovery and foot activation. It is very helpful if you have plantar fasciitis or any soft tissue foot pain. You can use this ball on the calf as well! Naboso also provides a great video on how to use it for foot pain and plantar fasciitis.
Neuro Stick - Improve fascia hydration and micro-circulation. I love this stick! The texture on it feels so good and it really stimulates tissue hydration and blood flow.
Targeted Vibration Therapy
Rapid Release tools use high-frequency, low-amplitude vibration to help reduce tension and support recovery in targeted areas.
This is very different than a classic massage gun which uses low-frequency, high-amplitude and deeper strokes, which can in some cases cause tissue damage and increased tightness.
These tools are a great option for localized tightness, especially in the hips, shoulders, and back. Useful between sessions to maintain mobility and reduce buildup of tension.
There are a few different size options depending on needs.
Want More Personalized Guidance?
These tools can be helpful between sessions, but the biggest changes come from addressing how your body moves as a whole.
