Meet Tiffani
I help people reduce pain, improve mobility, and move more freely by addressing the body as a connected system—not just isolated areas.
At Bodywork Remedies in Santa Rosa, CA, my work focuses on fascia, movement, and restoring balance so your body can function the way it’s meant to.
I specialize in helping people who feel like they’ve “tried everything” finally get results.
My STORY
I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, and discovered my passion for movement early on through rock climbing. At 15, I began working at a local climbing gym, where I developed a strong work ethic and a deep interest in how the body moves and performs.
Over the years, I competed in local competitions and traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe in pursuit of world-class climbing.
I later earned my B.S. in Chemistry from UC Santa Cruz and worked in that field for several years. But I felt pulled toward something more aligned with movement, performance, and helping people directly.
In 2019, I became a certified personal trainer through NASM—and that’s when I discovered fascia-based bodywork. That moment completely shifted the direction of my career.
MY fascia journey
“Even after reading about it and deciding that I wanted to be a Fascia Stretch Therapist, I had no idea how powerful of a healing art I was getting myself into.”
While training at the Stretch to Win Institute in Arizona, I learned that Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) doesn’t just impact the body—it can also significantly reduce stress and tension held within the system, creating a powerful effect on both physical and mental well-being.
I became certified in Fascia Stretch Therapy in 2019 and have continued advancing my training ever since. I am now a Level 4 Fascia Stretch Therapy Specialist, the highest level achievable, and I continue to refine my skills to better serve my clients.
As my understanding of the fascial system has deepened, I’ve continued to expand my approach and am currently completing certification in Dermal Fascial Restoration (DFR)—a technique that works through the skin to access and influence the fascial system in a different way.
“It is so amazing how much pain, stress, and anxiety can be dissipated by the right kind of movements and stretches. Every day I get to work with people who need help—and give them the gift of movement without pain.”
MY APPROACH
My work combines Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) and Dermal Fascial Restoration (DFR) to address the body as a fully connected system.
Fascia Stretch Therapy is a powerful approach to musculoskeletal pain relief that focuses on the body’s connective tissue system—not just individual muscles.
Fascia surrounds and connects muscles, bones, joints, and organs, forming a continuous network that influences how your entire body moves and functions.
When this system becomes restricted—whether from injury, repetitive movement, or postural habits—it can affect not only mobility, but also circulation, nerve communication, and overall coordination within the body.
FST uses breath and slow, guided, pain-free movements to open and mobilize these restrictions. By working through the fascial lines of the body, we’re able to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and restore more balanced movement patterns.
Each session is fully customized and responsive to what your body needs in the moment.
Dermal Fascial Restoration works through the skin to access the fascial system in a different way, helping to release restrictions that can influence the body all the way down to the deepest layers.
By combining these approaches, we’re able to create more complete and lasting changes in how your body moves, feels, and functions.
This work is especially helpful for people who haven’t gotten results from more traditional approaches.

WHY THIS iS different?
Unlike traditional bodywork or stretching that primarily focuses on muscles, this approach works with the entire myofascial system—including joints, tendons, ligaments, and the deeper structures that influence how your body moves as a whole.
A key difference with Fascia Stretch Therapy is its focus on the joint capsules and the smaller muscles surrounding them. These areas are often difficult to access with massage or self-stretching, yet they play a major role in mobility and overall function. By addressing these deeper structures first, we’re able to create more meaningful and lasting changes in the body.
Another defining element of this work is traction. Each stretch begins by creating space within the joint, allowing for a more complete and effective release. Because a significant portion of your mobility comes from the joint itself, this approach helps you access range of motion that is difficult to achieve on your own. This is often why clients describe the work as feeling deeper and more effective than traditional stretching.
Every session is also highly responsive and individualized. Through each movement, I’m continuously assessing how your body is responding—feeling for areas of restriction, tension, or imbalance, and adjusting the approach in real time. There is both a technical and intuitive element to this work that allows for a deeply personalized experience.
In addition, the use of rhythmic, flowing movements helps regulate the nervous system. This not only improves physical mobility, but also reduces stress, supports recovery, and often leads to better sleep and overall well-being.
When combined with Dermal Fascial Restoration, we’re able to influence the fascial system through multiple entry points—creating a more complete and integrated approach to improving how your body moves and feels.
