About Tiffani Canevari
Helping people move better by understanding how the body moves, not just where it hurts.
Hi, I’m Tiffani
I help people who feel stuck in their bodies, whether that's persistent pain, stiffness, or movement that just doesn't feel the way it used to.
My approach is different from traditional bodywork. Rather than following the same routine for every client, I assess how your body moves to identify the restrictions and compensation patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.
The goal isn't simply temporary relief, it's to help you move with greater freedom and confidence for the long term.
My STORY
I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, and discovered my passion for movement early through rock climbing. At 15, I began working at a local climbing gym, where I developed a strong work ethic and a deep curiosity about how the body moves and performs.
That curiosity grew as I competed locally and traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe, pursuing climbing at a higher level.
I later earned my B.S. in Chemistry from UC Santa Cruz and spent several years working in that field. But I found myself drawn toward something more connected to movement, performance, and helping people directly.
In 2019, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, where I was first introduced to fascia-based bodywork.
Everything changed during my training at the Stretch to Win Institute. There, I saw firsthand how Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) could influence not only mobility, but also the nervous system, stress levels, and overall well-being.
It completely changed how I understood the body—and how lasting results are actually created.
Since then, I've continued advancing my education and am now a Level 4 Fascia Stretch Therapy Specialist. I've also expanded my approach to include Dermal-Fascial Restoration® (DFR), allowing me to work with the body in an even more comprehensive way.
What continues to inspire me is seeing how much change can happen when the right restrictions are addressed in the right way. Every day, I have the opportunity to help people reduce pain, move better, and feel more at home in their bodies.
That's what this work is all about.
MY APPROACH
Every body is different, which is why every session begins with understanding how your body moves.
Rather than following the same routine for every client, I assess your movement to identify the restrictions and compensation patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.
From there, I use Dermal-Fascial Restoration (DFR), Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST), or a combination of both based on what your body needs.
The goal isn't simply temporary relief, it's to help you move more efficiently, feel more comfortable, and create lasting change.
Is This Right for You?
You don't need to be an athlete, or even be in severe pain, to benefit from this work.
Many of my clients come to me because they feel stiff, restricted, or frustrated that their body isn't moving the way it used to.
Others have already tried massage, chiropractic care, physical therapy, or stretching and are looking for a different approach.
If your goal is to move more comfortably, improve mobility, and better understand why your pain or movement limitations keep returning, this approach may be a good fit.
Every session is individualized based on your movement patterns, history, and goals, not a predetermined routine.
What to Expect
Every session begins with understanding your story.
We'll discuss your symptoms, previous injuries, surgeries, daily activities, and the care you've already tried.
From there, I'll assess how your body moves to identify restrictions and compensation patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Depending on what I find, your session may include Dermal-Fascial Restoration, Fascia Stretch Therapy, or a combination of both. The techniques I use are selected based on how your body moves.
Throughout the session, I continually reassess how your body responds so your care is always individualized.
Whether your goal is hiking, biking, climbing, exercising, or simply moving through everyday life with less pain, every session is designed to help you move with greater ease and confidence.
Ready to Get Started?
If you're dealing with persistent pain, stiffness, or movement limitations and feel like you've tried everything, I'd love to help you take a different approach.
Every session is individualized to you, your history, your goals, and what your body needs.
Let's work together to help you move with greater freedom and confidence.
