About bodywork Remedies
Helping you move better, feel better, and finally get results, especially when other approaches haven’t worked.
Hi, I’m Tiffani
I help people who feel stuck in their body—tight, restricted, or dealing with pain that hasn’t fully resolved.
My approach is different from traditional bodywork. Instead of following a routine, I look at how your body moves as a whole and focus on what’s actually creating restriction.
Every session is designed to help you move forward, not just feel temporary relief.
My STORY
I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, and discovered my passion for movement early on through rock climbing. At 15, I began working at a local climbing gym, where I developed a strong work ethic and a deep interest in how the body moves and performs.
Over time, that interest deepened as I competed locally and traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe pursuing climbing at a higher level.
I later earned my B.S. in Chemistry from UC Santa Cruz and spent several years working in that field—but I felt pulled toward something more aligned with movement, performance, and helping people directly.
In 2019, I became a certified personal trainer through NASM, where I was introduced to fascia-based bodywork.
That changed during my training at the Stretch to Win Institute, where I saw firsthand how Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) can impact not just the body—but the nervous system, stress levels, and overall well-being.
It completely shifted how I understood the body—and how lasting results are actually created.
Since then, I’ve continued advancing my training and am now a Level 4 Fascia Stretch Therapy Specialist. I’ve also expanded my approach to include techniques like Dermal-Fascial Restoration® (DFR)®, allowing me to work with the body in a more comprehensive way.
What stands out to me most is how much change can happen when the right areas are addressed in the right way. Every day, I get to help people reduce pain, move better, and feel more at ease in their body.
That’s what this work is about.
MY APPROACH
My work combines hands-on bodywork, including Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) and Dermal Fascial Restoration (DFR) to address the body as a connected, integrated system.
Instead of following a routine, each session is tailored to how your body moves and where it actually needs support.
The goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and create results that last.
This work is especially helpful if you haven’t gotten results from more traditional approaches.

You can also explore the conditions I commonly work with to see how these issues are often connected.
What To Expect
During your session, we’ll take a targeted, full-body approach to understand what’s actually driving your pain or restriction.
You can expect to:
• Assess how your body moves and where things aren’t working together
• Identify the underlying restrictions—not just the areas that feel tight
• Use hands-on techniques like Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) and Dermal Fascial Restoration (DFR) to create change in the tissue
• Leave with a clearer understanding of your body and what it needs to keep improving
Every session is different, based on what your body needs that day.
Most clients notice changes in how they move and feel even within the first session.
